One has to respect the forces of nature when she can drop 5 meter tall blocks of limestone in a row all on her own.
These good fellows were placed here by erosion caused by the Niagara Falls when they were at this location 7,000 years ago.
It is interesting to note what a few thousand years of water erosion can do to stone which took several million years to form.
Humanity is not as resilient to the forces of nature as it thinks.

Looks like Panama Rocks (down south of Jamestown - which I'm guessing you probably know the location of, being as how you live this close to Niagara Falls).
